Jagger Returns Top Billboard

Jagger Returns Top BillboardJagger Returns Top Billboard
Maroon 5 ft Christina Aguilera returns to #1 with "Moves Like Jagger" after being bumped down to #2 last week by Adele's "Someone Like You." I'm sure that Maroon5 front-man Adam Levine and Aguilera figured that their stint as judges on The Voice would boost their visibility, but I doubt they ever dreamed it would trigger a major #1 hit for them.

"Moves Like Jagger" has sold 1,753,000 digital copies, which already makes it Maroon5's third biggest digital hit. 2007's "Makes Me Wonder" has sold 2,621,000 copies. 2004's "She Will Be Loved" has sold 2,178,000. "Jagger" has sold more copies than any of Aguilera's previous hits, though her biggest hits pre-date the digital boom.
