Party 4 Billboard Chart Rules

Queen Bey & LMFAO continue to take over both the Billboard 200 albums and Digital Songs charts. On the former, Beyonce's "4" continues to reign at No. 1 for a second week, selling 115,000 (down 63%), while LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" (featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock) holds atop the Digital Songs list with 236,000 (down 9%) and it's their second consecutive week of "Party Rock Anthem" on Billboard HOT 100 singles chart.

THE ANTHEM

"Party Rock Anthem" the anthem performed by LMFAO featuring Lauren Bennett & GoonRock beat #1 Billboard Hot 100 this week. LMFAO is a duo consisting of Stefan Gordy and Skyler Gordy. "Party Rock Anthem" spent 4 weeks #1 in the U.K Singles chart. It's the second U.S. #1 in a row that had previously gone all the way in the U.K. It follows "Give Me Everything" by Pitbull featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer.

This year, Beyonce is just the third artist to enter The Billboard 200 at #1 with his or her first four albums. She follows rapper DMX, who did it with his first five albums between 1998 and 2003, and Britney Spears, who did it with her first four between 1999 and 2003.
