Solo International Performing Arts (SIPA) annual biggest ethnic event was held on this 1st - 3rd July 2011 located in Pamedan field, Pura Mangkunegaran, Solo. A lot of mask dance, drama, masquerade and unique costumes from Indonesian and another countries in the world, also bazaar and more games. It's the second biggest festival after Solo Batik Carnival (SBC) in the past month. Be there, next year!
